Bitters grants Holders full intellectual property rights over their purchased NFTs, until sale or transfer to another entity.

Holders have the right to use, display, distribute, and reproduce their NFTs for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Ownership of the Artwork:

References herein to your ownership of the Artwork mean your exclusive ownership of the authenticated NFT that constitutes the digital original of the Artwork, as such ownership is recorded on the applicable blockchain. Only a person or entity with the legal right to access and control the cryptocurrency address or account to which the Artwork is assigned on the blockchain will qualify as an owner of the Artwork hereunder.

Usage Rights:

Usage Rights:Holders have the right to use their NFTs in any manner they see fit, subject to applicable laws and regulations.Holders may sell, trade, or transfer their NFTs without restrictions on Regular People or other compatible platforms.

License:

By purchasing an NFT, Holders are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce the associated digital content.

(PROHIBITED)

Holders must not use NFTs for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful purposes. Holders must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Regular People or any third party.

Updates:

Regular People reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Holders are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. For questions or concerns regarding these Terms, please contact @RegularNFT.

By using Regular People, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Thank you for being a part of Regular People

Limitation of Liability:

Regular People is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

Entire Agreement:

This NFT Ownership License sets forth the entire agreement between the parties with
respect to the Artwork, superseding all previous agreements, understandings, statements, discussions, and arrangements in this regard.

Governing Law:

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
